This blog is mainly just about me, who I am, what I like to do, etc. As you can probably already tell, I really like The Legend of Zelda. It seems as though it's hard for me to stress how much I love it, though people usually get the picture... pretty easily. So yeah, I also call myself Linktwin because I basically am exactly that name. My features resemble Link in pretty much every way possible: the shiny blue eyes, long, blond hair, the nose, jaw, every detail of the face resembles Link very closely.
Who I am: I'm probably the farthest thing from your average-Joe (funny because that's my name) and I'm one of the weirdest, yet nicest people, you'll probably meet. I'm a trustworthy guy, and once you're my friend you can trust me to be loyal to the very end. I know that sounds cliche, but it's true. And sometimes when I say things about myself I'll be a bit vain, and I'll never be pessimistic about myself; that's just not me. I hate pessimism, it's one of my biggest pet peeves. EVER. Also, I love to meet people, to talk to people, and to just be around people. When they're feeling down I like to try my best to cheer them up, and usually I feel like I do a pretty good job. I may be a bit outspoken at times, but I also like getting my opinions, feelings, and my thoughts across to other people. Honesty never hurts in the end, does it? Didn't think so. I'm usually a very happy person, most of the time you'll catch me laughing or with a smile on my face. My friends do a good job at making me laugh due to our sense of humor; very, very dark. For instance, my friend and I will often joke about killing each other, though we don't mean it. It's just funny to us! I'm also involved in human rights, civil rights, etc. I'm a bit young to try to involve myself in that stuff but I honestly don't care; I'm a people person and I feel like everyone has a place in the world. LGBT? Perfectly fine with me. Racial minorities? Perfectly fine with me. I don't see a problem with any one, so if you wanna complain about it then write a letter - I probably WON'T respond. One last thing about me: I have Celiac's disease, some of you may know what that is; a condition where my body cannot tolerate gluten, an ingredient found in wheat, barley, and rye. When I consume that, it destroys my intestines because something in the gluten attacks my system instead of help it. So yeah, it deteriorates my intestines when consumed. And, that's about it for "Who I am" at the moment.
What I like: I feel like this list is a bit too long to fill right now. It's always changing! The biggest thing that I like right now, it seems, and probably always will be, The Legend of Zelda. That series is basically a part of my ever-living SOUL. Without it, I would die. I also thoroughly enjoy Final Fantasy, though some titles have disappointed me somewhat. Anime. Manga. I'm an artist, so I have fun painting and drawing, playing piano, writing, singing, and I also love to indulge myself in a good book; my imagination takes me everywhere. I like to run, I like to swing swords, I like archery (though I don't hunt), I've thrown a boomerang or two as well. Swimming, I like to swim, too. Oh yeah, I also like people. Talking can just make me happy. That's about it for this list, right now.
What I don't like: Gym class, haters, people who are in your face about everything, humidity, heat, when people tease me about being different, uhh... rude people, snobby people, pessimism, roller coasters, thrill rides, stupidity, toilet humor, fire, nonfiction books, physical sports (like soccer, basketball, etc.), and um... feeling sick at my stomach.
Music: Cyndi Lauper, David Bowie, Koji Kondo, Nobuo Uematsu, Yoko Shimamoura, Avril Lavigne, Lily Allen, Justice, Thermostatic, Tiny Tim, The Beatles, Chairlift, Alphaville, Seether, The Avett Brothers, Henry Homesweet, Shirobon, Metallica, Aerosmith, A-Ha, Men Without Hats, Quiet Riot, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, MIKA, Madonna, Muse, John Williams, Abingdon Boys School, TM Revolution, um... the list goes on and on.
Favorite activities: Playing Zelda, drawing characters of my own imagination, painting fruit/animals, writing my Zelda story, Final Fantasy story, or my novel, I also mostly spend my days playing video games and loving every moment of it. I talk to my friends a lot, I usually have at least three or four conversations going on at once, and um... I LOVE playing the piano and listening to music. Uuuum, yeah, another thing I like to do is swim.
Least favorite activities: basketball, baseball, soccer, uum... anything like that. I prefer solitary, non-competitive activities like lifting weights or something like that. I'm not a big fan of sports as you can probably tell. Uhh, I don't like eating at restaurants, I don't like being silent for long periods of time, and I don't like being bored. Being bored is another pet peeve of mine.
Pet Peeves: Criticism against those who are different; pessimism, the stereotype that art is only on pencil and paper; people interrupting me, being bossed around, uuum... loud noises, definitely. And early mornings when I have nothing to do.

“There are people who have said that I’m being brave for being openly supportive of gay marriage, gay adoption, basically of gay rights but with all due respect I humbly dissent, I’m not being brave, I’m being a decent human being. And I don’t think I should receive an award for that or for merely stating what I believe to be true, that love is a human experience not a political statement. However, I acknowledge that sadly we live in a world where not everybody feels the same. My family and I will help the good fight continue until that long awaited moment arrives, when our rights are equal and when the political limits on love have been smashed.” - Anne Hathaway
and THAT is being classy. not wearing pink, or pearls, or drinking champagne out of a goddamn flute glass, but never failing in your principles, and what’s more, knowing you don’t need to be praised for doing what you’re supposed to do.
I agree that Anne Hathaway is amazing and awesome, but let’s not bring delicious champagne in to this.
I KNEW ANNE HATHAWAY WAS AWESOME FOR A REASON.
